
Capza hires Nell in Germany

Capza has strengthened its Munich-based private equity team with the addition of Oliver Nell as flex equity partner.
Nell has had experience at Findos Investor and Management Capital Holding.
Nell will be responsible for the origination, execution and monitoring of investments in the DACH region. Capza's Flex Equity strategy offers financing for SMEs with EBITDA ranging from €3m to €10m, including majority or minority stakes, convertible bonds and mezzanine financing.
The Paris-headquartered GP opened its Munich office in 2017.
Nell joins partner Bertram Schütz and associate Steffen Müller in the Munich team. Schütz joined the firm following experience at Unicredit and Avenue Capital Group. Müller previously worked at Unicredit and KPMG.
