
Hannover Finanz appoints Pauli as partner in Germany
German private equity firm Hannover Finanz has this month appointed Robert Pauli as a partner in Germany.
He joins from his family-owned business, EPA Dosiertechnik, in Cologne, where he has spent more than two years and will continue to be involved as a partner.
Prior to that, Pauli spent 18 years at Nord Holding, the former investment arm of NordLB. There he was an investment manager for 14 years, and later became a member of the executive board. During his time there, he was responsible for portfolio development.
He has served on the board of several German companies, including software company PDV-Systeme, oil refinery Oil AG Notice, smart home solutions company Rademacher Gerate-Elektronik, and film software and hardware manufacturing company DVS Digital Video Systems.
Hannover Finanz Group was founded in 1979 and acts as a GP for medium-sized companies, primarily in the DACH region.
