
King & Wood Mallesons appoints new counsel

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has appointed Peter Polke as counsel, expanding the law firm's private equity and M&A practices.
Polke will take up his new role from the start of April. He has experience in national and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining KWM, Polke was a senior attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, having joined the firm in 2006.
KWM established its Germany-based practice in spring 2017 and has an office in Frankfurt.
