Duff & Phelps expands DACH-focused team
Duff & Phelps has announced the expansion of its DACH team with the appointment of Klaus-Martin Haussmann as managing director and Demian Köster as director in its transaction services practice.
Haussmann has experience in cross-border transactions, financial and vendor due diligence, and corporate restructuring.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Haussmann was part of the transaction advisory team at Rödl & Partner, where he advised on international transactions and also led the group's business restructuring team. Haussmann previously spent 10 years as a partner at EY.
Köster joins the firm from Metro AG, where he spent almost four years, and was head of business investments and integration in Germany. He also has experience at EY and KMPG.
