SZA hires CMS's Kolbiger
Germany-based law firm Schilling Zutt & Anschütz (SZA) has hired Martin Kolbiger as a partner in its Munich office, effective as of 1 August 2020.
Kolbiger joins from CMS, where he had been a partner since 2011. He has experience in national and cross-border transactions and joint ventures. He also advises businesses on corporate law matters, including corporate restructuring and post-merger integration.
SZA opened its Munich office in 2019 and has additional offices in Mannheim, Frankfurt and Brussels.
