
Raymond James expands German industrial technology team
Investment banking firm Raymond James has hired managing director Tobias Ramminger from Lincoln International and has also promoted Sherif Abdel-Aziz to director in its Germany-based diversified industrials team
Ramminger has experience in both buy- and sell-side transactions, as well as capital increases and joint ventures. He also has experience in deals in the industrial technology and automation sectors. Prior to joining Lincoln International in 2018, Ramminger held roles at Schaeffler Group, DC Advisory and Rothschild.
Abdel-Aziz has experience in assisting international corporates, sponsors and family offices with transactions in the industrial technology sector. He joined Raymond James in 2018 and previously worked as an M&A manager at EY, as well as for Bankhaus Metzler in its M&A team.
