Duff & Phelps appoints Bretag
Duff & Phelps has hired Frank Bretag as a managing director, expanding its DACH region corporate finance team.
Bretag will focus on transactions in the industrial goods sector, the firm said in a statement.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Bretag held independent advisory positions for board members and shareholders. He also advised companies on strategic financial topics.
Bretag joins from Georgieff Capital Advisors, where he spent 15 years and was most recently a managing director focusing on M&A. He also has previous experience at Deutsche Bank.
