Patrimonium hires Mogwitz
Patrimonium Private Equity has announced the appointment of Ulrich Mogwitz as senior investment director.
Mogwitz joins the firm from his position as managing director at impact investor Prorsum Capital. He also has previous experience with Hannover Finanz.
Switzerland-headquartered Patrimonium is currently on the road for its first private equity fund, which has a target of €200m and was launched in October 2018, according to Unquote Data. The fund held a first close in March 2020 and targets DACH-based lower-mid-market industrial products and services businesses with turnovers of €20-150m and enterprise values of €10-120m.
The vehicle deploys equity tickets of €15-35m and has made three platform investments, the most recent of which was the merger of plastic partners manufacturers Hübner and KTB in March 2021.
