
Proventis hires Jan Wetter as M&A partner

DACH-based M&A adviser Proventis Partners has hired Jan Wetter as a new partner in its Zurich office.
Prior to joining Proventis, Wetter was an M&A partner and office managing partner at EY in Zürich. He was responsible for the Swiss M&A business, focusing on the industrial and technology sector. Until 2017, he was vice-president at Zurich Airport, heading the company's international business development activities in EMEA. Wetter started his career at EY in the audit & advisory practice.
At Proventis, Wetter will be tasked with further expanding M&A advisory services for clients in the Swiss market, together with Christoph Studinka.
Proventis is a partner-managed M&A advisory firm targeting the DACH mid-market, employing more than 30 M&A advisers.
