
Polaris Investment Advisory makes board appointments
Switzerland-headquartered placement agent Polaris Investment Advisory has announced the appointment of Dajana Brodmann, Marc Lau and Pablo López de Ayala to its board.
Brodmann heads the private equity and infrastructure portfolio of Eon. She has prior experience in alternative investments with organisations including the Bayerische Versorgungskammer and the Versorgungswerk der Wirtschaftsprüfer.
Lau is a managing partner with Axiom Asia and has prior experience with GIC. He is currently a member of Singapore’s Resource Panel for the Government Parliamentary Committee on Finance, Trade and Industry.
De Ayala heads Spain-based family office Omega Capital’s private equity investment division. He has 15 years of private equity experience, according to a statement.
Polaris Investment Advisory has offices in Zurich and Vaduz in Liechtenstein. The firm assists with fundraises for a range of private markets vehicles across private equity, private debt and infrastructure. According to its website, Polaris currently has mandates for various fundraises in Europe and Asia, including vehicles for Baring Private Equity Asia and Eurazeo.
