HgCapital acquires SimonsVoss
HgCapital has acquired SimonsVoss Technologies AG.
The acquisition, which has still to be approved by the relevant authorities, is expected to be completed in the first half of 2010.
Based in Unterföhring near Munich, SimonsVoss develops, manufactures and markets digital, radio-based locking and access control systems. The company has 225 employees.
