
Capvis's Orior in CHF 164.4m IPO
Capvis portfolio company Orior AG has listed on the SIZX Swiss Exchange in an IPO valued at CHF 164.4m.
The shares were priced at CHF 48, after an original price range of CHF 42 to 52.
The company listed 3,425,000 shares, out of which 1,675,000 were from a capital increase and 1,750,000 were sold by owner Capvis.The free float is around 58%.
If the greenshoe allocation is fully excercised, the transaction will have a value of CHF 189.1m and a free float of around 66%. Then, the market capitalization amounts to around CHF 284m. The food company seeks to reduce its debts with the proceeds.
Credit Suisse acted as global coordinator and bookrunner, while Bank Vontobel AG and ZKB acted as co-lead manager.
