Star Capital buys Pepcom from GMT and VSS
Star Capital Partners has acquired German cable operator Pepcom GmbH in a secondary buyout deal from GMT Communication Partners and Veronis Suhler Stevenson.
Pepcom GmbH was set up in 2001 as an acquisition vehicle for the consolidation of small- to medium-sized cable TV operators in Germany.
Pepcom GmbH has 630,000 subscribers in its video, broadband and voice services businesses. The company provides a broad range of services, including analogue and digital TV channels, broadband and VOIP telephony.
