T-Venture reshuffles after Kolb leaves
Dr Axel Kolb left the managing board of corporate venture firm T-Venture on 30 June, and has been succeeded by Patrick Meisberger. Stephan Noll became head of the T-Mobile Venture Fund, a position previously filled by Kolb in addition to his role as managing director. Noll reports to Dr Georg Schwegler, CEO of T-Venture. On 15 April, Katharina Hollender was appointed as the new CFO.
HANNOVER Finanz chairman Hertz-Eichenrode steps down
HANNOVER Finanz chairman Albrecht Hertz-Eichenrode has stepped down from his position and moved into the advisory board of the firm. He is being succeeded by Andreas Schober, who has been with the firm for 21 years, 13 of which as a member of the executive board. Hertz-Eichenrode co-founded German private equity trade body BVK and shaped HANNOVER Finanz, which is now celebrating its 30th anniversary.
Guckelberger to head Close Brothers' debt advisory team
Close Brothers Corporate Finance has appointed Sven Guckelberger as a new managing director to its restructuring and debt advisory group. He will jointly head the Frankfurt-based restructuring team, advising on stressed and distressed situations in German-speaking countries and selected markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
Sven Guckelberger joins Close Brothers Corporate Finance from Deutsche Bank AG, where for the past five years he has led its European work-out team, based in London. Prior to that he was a Deutsche Bank restructuring banker, advising on mandates in Germany; and before that, during the Asian financial crisis, played a significant role in restructuring Deutsche Bank's investment portfolio in Indonesia and Singapore. Target Partners hires Schollmeier as associate
Target Partners has added Felix Schollmeier as an associate to its team. Schollmeier will focus on due diligence, business plan analysis and the prioritisation of potential investments at the venture capital firm.
Between 2006 and 2007, Schollmeier worked as marketing manager for Saarbrucken-based startup Xtramind Technologies GmbH. Prior to that he worked for two years as a computer programmer for SAP in Germany and France, as well as for Deutsche Borse Systems AG and the European Central Bank.
