Constellation Capital rebrands to Ufenau
Constellation Capital has been renamed Ufenau Capital Partners.
The firm's funds, called Constellation II, III and IV until recently, have also been renamed to Ufenau II, Ufenau III and Ufenau IV German Asset Light.
The GP stated its rebranding was driven by the proliferation of the brand name Constellation in Europe and in America, which could lead to confusion. It also seeks to underline its Swiss roots through the new name.
Ufenau's latest vehicle, now called Ufenau IV German Asset Light, closed on its €120m hard-cap in November 2014. Its latest investment was the acquisition of an 85% stake in Faircheck Schadenservice, a claims management and property provider, in October 2015.
