Steadfast appoints Bernecker partner

Bernecker joined the Steadfast team in early 2001, where he is responsible for deal origination, execution of transactions and the management of direct investments.

He currently monitors the firm's portfolio holdings in Cetelon Group, MPS Meat Processing Systems and Falk & Ross Group. In addition, he serves as a non-executive director of the Cetelon Group.

Prior to joining Steadfast Capital, Marco worked as a project manager in the corporate finance and financial transaction advisory department of Arthur Andersen.
