AVCO elects three new members to the board of directors

The board consists of six members who are elected by the general assembly. Fred Duswald of Recap Management, Harald Parapatitis of Hannover Finanz Austria and Harald Schürz of IPO Beteiligungs-Management AG replace outgoing members Doris Agneter of tecnet equity, Thomas Moser of Pontis Capital and Herbert Roth of GEP.

The remainder of the board is made up of Andreas Huber of Investkredit Investmentbank, Pekka Santeri Mäki of 3TS Capital Partners and Omer Rehman of Hypo Equity Management.
