Noerr hires Skadden's Koppmann to expand PE team
Noerr has appointed Tobias Koppmann as a new associate partner in a bid to expand the law firm's private equity team.
Koppmann took up his new role at Noerr officially on 16 September.
Koppman's M&A experience includes his work on the €2.7bn buyout of ThyssenKrupp's stainless steal business by Outokumpu; the take over of the ratiofarm Group by Equistione Europe Partners; and the buyout of Helmut-Klingel Group through Halder.
Koppmann has worked at global law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom for the past eight years, based in both its Munich and Hong Kong offices.
