
bm-t hires new general manager

bm-t Beteiligungsmanagement Thüringen has appointed lawyer Udo Werner as its new general manager.
Werner previously worked for analytical measuring technology provider Analytik Jena's subsidiary firm CyBio, where he was chairman of the board of directors.
Prior to this, Werner worked as CFO at TechnoTrend, later becoming COO and member of the executive management board at its Dutch parent company TechnoTrend Holding NV. His responsibilities included corporate strategy, M&A activities, HR and legal affairs.
Before joining TechnoTrend, he also worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
He studied law at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena.
