Permira appoints former E.ON CEO
Permira has appointed former CEO of German energy group E.ON, Wulf Bernotat, as a business advisor.
Bernotat is a prominent figure in the German industry, having been at the helm of E.ON since 2003 before stepping down in April this year. He has a seat on numerous supervisory boards, including German Metro, Deutsche Telekom, Allianz and Bertelsmann.
