DBAG reshuffles supervisory board
German mid-market listed investor DBAG has re-shuffled its supervisory board at its annual meeting this week, electing Wilken von Hodenberg as the new member succeeding Günther Langenbucher.
Von Hodenberg (pictured) was elected to succeed Langenbucher on DBAG's supervisory board following the resignation of the latter due to reaching mandatory requirement age. Von Hodenberg previously served as spokesman of DBAG's management board for more than 12 years.
The supervisory board also changed the composition of its committees as part of its reshuffle, electing Hendrik Otto to the audit committee, which will be newly chaired by Gerhard Roggemann. Roggemann will also join the executive committee and nominations committee.
DBAG is a German listed private equity firm specialising in management buyouts of companies with turnovers of €50-500m.
