HAARMANN bolsters M&A and acquisition finance practice

He will reinforce the M&A and corporate team and build up the acquisition and project finance practice. Denzer was formerly European counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom where he advised on numerous transactions, including various LBOs for Quadriga Capital and the takeover of Versatel by Apax and Schwarz Pharma AG by UCB SA. He advises both on the M&A as well as on the financing side of deals.
