Olaf Jacobi leaves Target Partners
Partner Olaf Jacobi is to progressively step out from Munich-based technology venture firm Target Partners.
Jacobi's departure will take place gradually over the coming months in order to ensure a smooth transition, the firm announced in a statement. The partner is leaving to pursue other, undisclosed, opportunities.
Jacobi joined Target Partners as a venture partner in 2007. Prior to that he was the founder and CEO of Collax, a business offering Linux-based server services to businesses. He also co-founded Sirius Venture Partners in 2004, heading the firm for less than two years.
Jacobi's current portfolio companies at Target include Adjust, Adsquare, Dedrone, Doo and Hetras.
Target recently added to its team with the appointment of Raphael Weiner as an associate in May. Weiner joined the firm after spending two years as a software engineer with Pivotal Labs, the US-based incubator unit of software company Pivotal Labs.
