AFINUM Management buys Erpo International
AFINUM Management GmbH has acquired upholstery furniture maker Erpo International from its previous owner Thomas Jungjohann for an undisclosed sum.
Erpo International is a manufacturer of up-market upholstery furniture. The products are marketed under the Erpo label and distributed through furniture retailers and upholstery specialists.
Headquartered in Donzdorf, Baden-Württemberg, the company runs its production site in Ertingen. Erpo has 147 employees and realised sales of approximately €20m in 2008.
