DBAG to raise €200m expansion capital fund
Deutsche Beteiligungs AG plans to raise a €200m expansion capital fund.
The fund will invest in mid-sized companies and focus on industry and industrial services sectors.
DBAG will provide €100m from its own balance sheet, and is in discussions with potential investors willing to commit at least another €100m through a co-investment fund.
