
Clifford Chance expands Munich office
Clifford Chance has added Private Equity and Litigation & Dispute Resolution divisions to its Munich office.
Starting from January 2011, Burc Hesse will head the private equity division in Munich. Hesse has been a partner at Clifford Chance since 2007 at the Frankfurt office from where he has already advised private equity houses in the Munich area.
Tim Schreiber and his team from Frankfurt will form the Litigation & Dispute Resolution in Munich. Schreiber has many years of experience as a counsel dealing with conflict management in company transactions. He will be responsible for civil and arbitration law proceedings.
Clifford Chance's Munich office was launched in 1996 and has 40 lawyers including eight partners.
