
Brown Rudnick adds partner to London office
Law firm Brown Rudnick has appointed Nicola Kerr as a partner in its London corporate practice.
The lawyer joins the firm after more than 15 years at King & Wood Mallesons, where she most recently was European head of employment.
For Brown Rudnick, Kerr will advise employers and senior executives at hedge funds, private equity houses, broker dealers and family offices on employment law issues.
Kerr focuses on employment law for corporate transactions and restructurings, high-value executive dismissals, team moves, boardroom disputes and employment litigation.
