Invision appoints new partner

Martin Spirig has been promoted to partner at German private equity house Invision.
Spirig joined the firm in 2009. He replaces former partner Gerhard Weisschaedel, who will retire after 10 years with the GP.
Invision's newest partner is currently responsible for the firm's investments in RSD, Boost and Kraft & Bauer. He previously oversaw the divestment of Feintechnik.
Before joining Invision, Spirig was a consultant at Bain & Company in Singapore, with mandates in south-east Asia, Hong Kong and Australia.
