A&M appoints Dhruv Sarda to London office

Sarda has 15 years' experience in advising senior management and boards on M&A strategy, commercial and operational due diligence, divestments and post-merger integration.

Sarda was previously managing director at Accenture, where he led the M&A practice in the UK and Ireland. He also held leadership roles in the company's global M&A practice and in Accenture Strategy in the UK.

Between 2004 and 2005, Sarda was at ABN Amro in M&A advisory and was in strategy consulting at PwC between 1999 and 2003.

Alvarez & Marsal advises corporates and private equity firms on business performance improvement, turnaround management and carve-out situations.
