Ufenau buys Doktorhuus
Ufenau Capital Partners has acquired Swiss medical practice group Doktorhuus.
Ufenau plans to apply a buy-and-build strategy in the medical practice market, which it sees as fragmented and facing an increasing number of succession situations. The GP also stated it has already started negotiations with further practices to join the group.
Company
Doktorhuus consists of seven medical practices, specialised in gastroenterology, radiology and general medicine. It operates in the German-speaking region of Switzerland with five general medicine practices, one gastroenterology centre as well as one radiology centre in four cantons. The company employs 70 people.
