
Beyond Capital buys Sysob
Beyond Capital Partners has acquired German IT equipment producer Sysob.
The GP intends to apply an acquisitive strategy over the coming years, thereby widening the company's managed service portfolio.
The GP invested via its maiden vehicle Beyond Capital Partners Fund I. Sysob is the firm's second acquisition; in September last year, it bought a majority stake in lighting technology distributor LDBS.

Based in Schorndorf, Sysob is a distributor of IT security equipment and managed services in the fields of wireless LAN, server-based computing, traffic management, cloud computing and storage.
