
Main Capital invests in Artegic
Main Capital has acquired a stake in Bonn-based digital customer-relationship management (CRM) group Artegic, looking to accelerate the company's international expansion.
The GP said it had acquired a significant stake in the group, though would not provide further details at this stage.
With a base in the DACH region, Artegic is now hoping with Main Capital’s support to focus on its international growth and expansion, and to keep developing its product portfolio, the GP said in a statement. A number of selective acquisitions are planned in the near future, unquote" understands.
Main Capital announced the opening of its Dusseldorf office in August 2016, with the aim to better support Benelux-based software groups expanding into the DACH area and to offer its network to software companies in the region. Artegic marks one of the group's first investments in the region.
Company
Based in Bonn and founded in 1994, Artegic is a marketing group providing digital CRM. The group's services allow customers to develop and automate digital marketing campaigns. Its main tool is Elaine, a cloud-based platform available in countries including Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden and the UK.
Artegic’s customers include a number of DAX-listed German companies including Payback, RTL, Burda and BMW.
