Early-stage technology investor High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) has sold its stake in project management software developer Collinor to resource planning company Godesys.

The medium-term goal of the acquisition is to integrate Collinor’s project management software into Godesys's enterprise resource planning systems.

Established in 2005, Collinor develops modular enterprise project management systems. The company is based in Cologne, Germany. It employs around 10 people.
