Main Capital buys Evania Video
Main Capital has purchased a majority stake in Berlin-based video software company Evania Video.
The company's management retains a minority stake and will continue to execute the current business strategy with Main Capital's support.

Main Capital aims to take advantage of the shift towards video in the mobile advertising segment, believing Evania to be well positioned to serve publishers and sales houses.
