
Apex buys Wiegmann
Apex Capital has acquired German heating, sanitary and ventilation engineering company Wiegmann for an undisclosed sum.
Apex has two unnamed co-investors in the transaction, which is the start of a buy-and-build strategy in the sector.
The transaction solves a succession issue for the 71-year-old owner Gustav Wiegmann.

Founded in 1900, Wiegmann is an engineering company specialising in building technology. It installs heating, sanitary and ventilation systems for private houses, businesses and hospitals. The company employs 30 people.
