
Oaktree buys NL Holding
Oaktree Capital Management has acquired a stake in assisted reproductive technology company NL Holding for an undisclosed sum.
The group comprises 16 subsidiaries in Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland and Spain. It says it plans to use technology to create a customer-centric approach to several areas of medicine.

Founded in 2015 by Martin Würtele and originally named Next LL Holding, NL Holding is a group of healthcare technology companies focusing on reproductive medicine, pneumology, allergology and clinical immunology. Its services are currently available in the Czech Republic and Germany. The company is registered in Germany and headquartered in Aystetten.
