
Oaktree buys NL Holding
Oaktree Capital Management has acquired a stake in assisted reproductive technology company NL Holding for an undisclosed sum.
The group comprises 16 subsidiaries in Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland and Spain. It says it plans to use technology to create a customer-centric approach to several areas of medicine.

Its services are currently available in the Czech Republic and Germany. The company is registered in Germany and headquartered in Aystetten.
