
Capital D buys Invincible Brands
Newly founded private equity firm Capital D has acquired Berlin-based brand marketing company Invincible Brands for an undisclosed sum.
Invincible Brands projects revenues of €30m for 2017 and described its profit margins as "healthy".
Capital D was incorporated in 2018 as a new pan-European private equity fund manager. It is led by Jean-Marc Jabre (former head of Morgan Stanley Private Equity in Europe), Stephan Lobmeyr (former partner at Change Capital Partners) and Laurent Nordin (former director at McKinsey & Company).

It sells its products from Germany into continental European markets, employs 80 staff and serves a customer base of 500,000. It creates campaigns for natural health, beauty and fitness products.
