Haspa BGM, Schulz Systemtechnik buy Keil Anlagenbau
Haspa BGM, the private equity arm of Hamburger Sparkasse, has teamed up with agricultural automation company Schulz Systemtechnik to acquire German waste treatment company Hans-Jürgen Keil Anlagenbau.
Keil Anlagenbau employs 100 people and generated a turnover of €20m in 2017.
Haspa invests in buyouts and growth capital transactions for German mid-market companies with turnover of between €10-300m.
Company
Keil Anlagenbau was founded in 1994. The company plans, manufactures and maintains tank farms, recycling and procedural systems. It also treats solid and liquid materials that are hazardous to water, and other dangerous substances. It employs 100 people and generates €20m in turnover.
