
Redalpine and Swisscom sell Bexio to Mobiliar
Redalpine and Swisscom Ventures have sold their stakes in Swiss enterprise software company Bexio via a trade sale to Mobiliar.
Since first receiving VC backing, the company has invested in product development.
Redalpine was invested in the company via Redalpine Capital II, which held a final close on around CHF 60m in 2013.
Previous funding
Redalpine led a CHF 4.5m round for Bexio (then known as EasySys) alongside family office Armada Investment in 2015.
Swisscom then led a CHF 7.5m growth financing round of Bexio in February 2017, alongside Redalpine and Armada Investment.
Company
Founded in 2013, Rapperswil-headquartered Bexio develops enterprise software for small companies. Its platform provides functionality related to customer management, order processing, bookkeeping and integrated online banking.
