
Hannover Finanz buys Zeeh Design
Hannover Finanz has acquired a majority stake in trade fair construction specialist Zeeh Design Gruppe as part of a succession plan.
The company's 82-year-old founder, Klaus Zeeh, has retained a minority stake in the business. Members of the management team Julian Hauser, Tobias Müller and Falk Gausche will also hold shares.

Zeeh was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Puchheim near Munich. It produces corporate events and exhibitions for the construction industry. The company has a second location in Karlsruhe, employs 90 people and generated a turnover of €22m in 2017.
