
Triton mid-cap team invests in Deutsche Radiologie
Triton Partners has acquired a stake in German healthcare investment company Deutsche Radiologie Holding (DRH).
The GP drew equity from Smaller Mid-Cap Fund, a €448m vehicle that held a final close in July 2018. DRH is the seventh investment from the fund, which was 30% invested across three deals at the time of the final close.
Current shareholders Tempus Capital and members of the company's management team will retain stakes in the business.
