
Lampe Privatinvest sells von Oertzen to trade
Hamburg-based Lampe Privatinvest has sold von Oertzen, a high-pressure water jet manufacturer.
It was sold to Hako, a subsidiary of industrial group Possehl. Lampe Privatinvest acquired von Oertzen in 2014.
Lampe Privatinvest is part of Bankhaus Lampe and specialises in majority and minority investments in German SMEs. It currently operates on a deal-by-deal basis and is not investing from a closed-ended fund.
Company
Established in 1949, von Oertzen designs and manufacturers tailored equipment for industry, such as high-pressure cleaners, equipment for high-pressure fire extinguishing, and equipment for cleaning machines, assembly lines and containers. It generates annual sales of €11m and has 65 employees, and is based in Ammersbek, Germany.
