Radial-backed Lindenfarb enters administration
A portfolio company of special situations investor Radial Capital Partners, Lindenfarb Textilveredlung Julius Probst, has filed for insolvency proceedings.
Detlef Specovius of law firm Schultze & Braun has been appointed CEO.
The company has entered into self-administration to achieve a lasting restructuring. It completed the financial year of 2018 with a positive operating result.

Radial acquired Lindenfarb in 2017 as a result of a self-administration reorganisation procedure.
