The investment arm for DZ Bank, VR Equiytpartner, has acquired a controlling stake in software services provider Informatik Consulting Systems (ICS).
VR Equitypartner invests in profitable small- and medium-sized companies in the DACH region with experienced management teams. The company is sector-agnostic in its investments and prefers family-owned businesses.
The firm writes equity tickets of up to €20m. Wholly owned by DZ Bank, the firm acts as an evergreen fund.
