Motu Ventures, Asgard Capital and Angelfund.vc have sold their stakes in customer service software developer Parlamind.
Business angels who invested in the firm include Gero Decker, Torben Schreiter and Johannes Schaback.
4TechnologyGroup is an association of communications and customer service software companies consisting of Parlamind, 4Com and Lindenbaum.
Previous funding
In 2015, the founders of the company received a public grant and joined the GTEC Accelerator.
Motu Ventures, Asgard Capital, Angelfund.vc and some business angels joined to invest €1.5m in seed funding in 2016.

Founded in 2015 in Berlin, Parlamind offers a cloud platform that analyses and processes chats, emails and phone conversations for customer service centers. It was originally founded as a research project at the University of Potsdam and now employs 24 people.
