DMH acquires WT Systems
Deutsche Mittelstandsholding has acquired WT Systems, a Germany-based IT services provider, out of administration.
WT Systems filed for insolvency in February 2019 and Scultze & Braun was appointed provisional administrator. The company attracted a number of potential buyers in the sales process, according to a statement.
DMH invests the funds of its managing partners and investors, made up of entrepreneurs, families and managers. Its investment focus is on small and medium-sized companies in special situations and has no set holding period.
DMH plans to continue business operations as the business has been operating throughout the insolvency proceedings. The company generates an annual turnover of about €17m. Eighty jobs at the company were lost during the proceedings.

The company's central warehouse is in the Rhein area, while its headquarters are in Bad Vilbel. Founded in 1973, the company employs 110 people.
