
Adcuram acquires Garbe
Adcuram has acquired a majority stake in construction supplies company Garbe Gruppe as part of a succession agreement.
Adcuram is an industrial holding company that invests in businesses with revenues of €30-150m and enterprise values of up to €150m, with a focus on majority stakes. The firm had been negotiating on an exclusivity basis for nine months.
Following the transaction, Garbe plans on expand its capacities, adding services to its range and accelerating growth.
The company has an operating margin of 10%, according to a statement.

Based in Berlin and founded in 1985, Garbe is a supplier of recycled building materials and a provider of logistics services. It operates its own building materials recycling centres and employs 370 people. The group consists of RWG I / Schicht Baustoffaufbereitung, Entsorgung + Logistik GmbH, RWG I Demolition and Civil Engineering GmbH, Eckhard Garbe GmbH and SSR SchadstoffsanieruPg Rostock GmbH.
