
Adiuva acquires Fachklinik St Georg
Family office Adiuva Capital has agreed to acquire the operational business of prevention and rehabilitation clinic Fachklinik St Georg.
Adiuva writes equity cheques of €5-40m, taking both minority and majority stakes with a minimum of a 25% share. The family office manages assets of around €300m.
The vendors of the business are Frank and Sonja Porten.
Infrastructure investor Captiva is acquiring the clinic's approximately 6,000m2 of rental space.
Company
Based in Höchenschwand and founded in 1919, Fachklinik St Georg is a healthcare facility with 170 beds. It specialises in oncology, pulmonology, cardiology and orthopaedics. The clinic generated revenues of €6.6m in 2018 and has 113 employees, according to Unquote sister publication Mergermarket.
