Bird & Bird hires Seeger as partner

Seeger joins the firm from Hengeler Mueller, where he was a senior associate. He also has experience as an associate partner at Gleiss Lutz.

He has experience in corporate and M&A mandates including distressed deals, joint ventures and restructuring, as well as advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on transactions. His sector experience includes technology and consumer goods.

Bird & Bird's Germany-based corporate and M&A team now has a total of 28 lawyers.
