Silver acquires Schüschke
Silver Investment Partners has acquired a majority stake in German aircraft supplier Schüschke.
The deal is part of the company's succession plan, as founder Uwe Schüschke remains minority shareholder and continues to be in charge of operating activities for the time being.
Silver stated it was attracted to the company due to a growing and stable aviation market. The GP plans to intensify the cooperation with existing customers in product development and hopes to gain customers in new markets such as the building sector and yacht construction.

Founded in 1986 and based in Kirchentellinsfurt, Schüschke develops and manufactures washbasins made of a mineral material, which is used for washrooms in civil aircrafts.
The company also produces washbasins for the public and commercial sanitary sector, for example in kindergartens, clinics, laboratories, hotels and other public institutions.
